What is it? How's it work?

Our safety head gear utilizes two resilient Mylar Micro stereo speakers which are attached inside the head piece and connected by high grade insulated wires into our Stereo / Phone Signal Receiving Unit (SPSRU). This installed unit is manufactured using micro electronic technology which senses and receives streaming stereo and cell phone radio signal technology which is sent from a paired streaming Stereo Sending Unit (SSU) radio device paired electronically to this device. Some SPSRU's use a lithium battery to provide its power to support the electronics for up to 8 hours as well. It can be recharged and used over and over on the job-site. |
Here is how you benefit with a much safer environment for all users:
1) Industrial / Construction workers no longer have their hearing blocked or impaired by “not allowed” in-the-ear plugs for listening to their own personal music systems which block external co-worker communications, ambient sounds that must be heard in our dangerous environments, and cellular phone communication required for work directives. These environments are typically loud and dangerous where Job Bosses and Foremen must be able to communicate verbally and visually with each of their workers. This system allows for group communication through cellular phone technology (such as Nextel/Sprint two-way, Group Calling in a work team) where each person’s headgear music is automatically muted when the call comes in allowing them to hear what their supervisor/foreman dictates to the group, then returns them to their music after the call ends. This eliminates excessive yelling and management's exposure running out on the work floor trying to “get the attention” of workers engrossed in their labor.
The Hard Hat operates like a helio-dome sound reflection device sending music down around the wearers head area only, NOT blasting music through the work area as boom boxes, stereo’s, etc. do today disturbing not only the construction project areas, but non-construction employees, office complex areas, and those exposed to the construction project. Since the sound is projected inches from the wearers’ ears in a high quality stereo projection, music is hardly heard by a by-stander within feet of the user!
The best and key safety feature of this system is its wireless technology which eliminates the dangerous cords that can get caught in the “work in process” and pull the wearers head into it’s work, so to speak,…to their own detriment and personal injury.
2) Bikers can hear the sounds around them from approaching bikers calling commands or announcing their presence as there are is no blockage to the ear canal by a device that is inserted in the ear, but rather is a speaker mounted up in the head gear creating a very effective helio-dome effect for the wearer to hear their music and ambient sound at the same time. This is a major safety feature of this product
3) Skiers/Snowboarders can hear the sound of other skiers moving around them as they descend down the hills hearing their personal music while also able to detect the verbal notification of fellow skiers approaching their perimeter. This device adds greater safety to the ski slopes and those around who do enjoy the slopes with out music benefits while allowing the pounding beat of music that is need by high performing snowboarder aficionados’.
4) Motorcycle riders benefit by the enjoyment of their experience and music while being able to hear the required ambient sound of approaching / encroaching vehicles from behind or to their sides.
